Ingredient – Half cup of Rosemary + 2 cups of water + 1 cup of fresh mint

Use and Preparation – In boiling water add Rosemary and Mint. Boil for 15 minutes and strain the mixture, let it cool.

Rinse your mouth with this mixture twice daily, preferably once in morning and before going to bed.

3. Coconut Oil and Baking Soda Toothpaste

Ingredients – 7 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil + 7 Tablespoons of Baking Soda + 30 Drops of Cinnamon Oil + 30 drops of clove oil + 1 Spoon Stevia

Use and Preparation – Mix and Make a paste, use this mixture every day for washing your teeth instead of regular toothpaste.

4. Coconut Oil Teeth Treatment
